in yesterday news

….of this fellow who bought a condominium three months ago in the up market section. Upon receiving the keys, he went there with his sister to clean his new home….as they open the front door, they were blasted with a foul stench. The security was informed and their personnel went to investigate. Tracing from where the stench came from….the fridge and to their horror when they open it to find eleven bags of chopped up body parts of a man.

In today news…..

…..a woman has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man whose body was chopped into eleven parts and stuffed into a refrigerator inside a posh condominium in Mont Kiara.

……it is believed the woman is the wife of the victim…

The Telepathic Eye.

Each time I look at the photograph, my thoughts were magnetically drawn to focus the eye on the black patch of the puppy. It has a calming spell and momentarily all my the daily grind and woe disappeared.

I hope that it does that for you too. It really helps to get lost in ‘suspension’ and coming back to settle with a clear mind.

Do visit: talk3talk4.deviantART.com to view some of the pictures that I have posted. I believe that it will surely take your mind off to the ‘suspension’ of time.

Bird of Paradise.

I was in and around this place for a few years now waiting for my wife doing her weekly groceries. I always hope that I park next to the contemporary lamppost that would make good composition for my photography.

My wish came true as on this particular evening I parked right smack on. I visualized and hope that a bird would stand on the pointed edge of the lamppost. Hoping and waiting for more than two hours……magically a bird did indeed landed on the exact spot I had wished. The rest was history.

General Election.

General Election is coming.

This morning my friend told me that one of the Chinese Daily predicted that the General Election will be held next year. I thought otherwise.

Recently, the roads in my area is being resurfaced and this was the impending sign of the coming General Election as it was in the past few ‘elections’ ago. Using the quality of work of the PWD as a gauge, it cannot be too long from now because the road cannot last that long.

Festivities is in the air, the feel good factors with all the spending, freebies and theatrical dramas………..Yeeeeeeeeba!!

Coming to the main theme, I beg to differ; I believe that the GE will be held between late October and early November. The reasons being that with the Holy Month of the Muslims just ending and the coming final term holiday where the schools are available for polling. Parents of students who are sitting for the PMR, SPM and STPM would not be going anywhere; the stock markets on the Bull Run at its tail end ( running out of steam) and the annual window dressing provides stability. December is out of question due to the holiday moods and festive season; nobody will give a hoot about it.

I predict that the GE will be held two weeks prior to the SPM.

in conceptual.

This is arguably The Most Difficult Shot ever.

My 4WD was parked right opposite the market and from here I saw the lamp post on top of the market. I thought that it would make interesting composition if I could squeezed the two lightings just within the picture’s perimeter.

The front sit fully reclined, supporting my posture with the right elbow and the right hand holding the camera steadied by the left hand; I held my breadth waiting for the traffic to and passers-by to clear for more than a minute to have a shot. It was physically strenuous and I was exhausted with aches all over my body.

Queen of Bukit Gasing.....in friend

Ee Mei has been trekking the hill (Gasing Hill) without fail every morning for as long as I can remember. I had followed her a couple of times, believe me you, she always takes the lead and the pace she sets puts many of us to shame……many people half her age might not be able to keep pace much less complete the course.

Ee Mei knows almost everybody and everybody knows her …such is her fame …The Queen of Gasing Hill…hmm…hmm now the world knows her. In all fairness, this moniker is deservedly her’s even if it is only for consistency….. Hail! The Queen of Bukit Gasing.

……next the King of Bukit Gasing. Who?

I preferred the fluffy cloud over my head.

This shot takes lots of fluke in estimation and in short, plain luck together with perspiration…..lots of it.

Charming Boy and his friend.

This charming boy is the grandson of one of my company loyal customer who became a good friend. Thirty years passed and thirty years ago, the boy parents were just little toddlers when I just started doing business with their parents. We were business partners through thick and thin and believe me the Grand Matriarch is one of the most honorable person I have had the privilege to know.

Loyalty pays as the company had agreed never to revise the price of the commodity as long as they are in business. That is the true meaning of a rewarding business partnership.

Photography.......in Auld Lang Syne

This was another difficult shot; I got it by the skin the teeth. There was a strong gust of wind blowing, it was breaking up the cloud formation and it was fast fading away. It was very cold and I have to squint to avoid the dust. Fighting against time, I just about managed to squeeze the structure within the perimeter.

You can feel that the cloud was fading away and the nostalgic feeling of watching a friend living. Goodbye my friend and till we meet again.

Photography.......in Contemplation.

This is one of the most difficult shot, I was standing on a very steep slope and I was holding my breath to steady myself. In the zoom mode, the minutest movement would have meant a world of a difference; I manage to get the spherical structure just in within the very perimeter.

This picture depicts an aura of serenity….a moment in peaceful contemplation, mesmerizing calm and an eternal omnipresent.

The City Gump.

On the 3rd. May while I was on my way to fetch a friend someway in Bangsar…….
I came to a junction with a traffic light and stopped at red. As it turns green, the first car turn left and just as immediately, the car stalled….it was a white Alfa.

I was the third car behind and I manage to squeeze out without much problem. I saw a woman getting out of the car from the rear view mirror. After dropping my friend, I backtracked and I stopped next to the stalled Alfa at the traffic light.

What I saw that very morning must be the most intriguing…..dimmest ….the most unbelievably gumptious……all the four letters word you could think of good or bad and me...........I could cry literally. This Lady……..G.H.M…….this lady……..phlioooooze
*&^%$#@! Was filling the battery with battery water – holes after holes …one after another.

The traffic light turned green…I did not move, the car behind me did not honk and the car behind him did not hurried him…….on coming cars just stopped to watch. A few fellows came out from their cars ..arms folded, mouth opened…….shaking their heads ..got back inside the car and waited bewilderedly…..silently. I got out from the car, stood next to her…..arms folded with one hand stroking my chin watching her filling the battery; the few other guys behind me stood beside me…..hands stroking their chins…..
watching silently…..time stood still……we look at each other, shook our heads got back inside the car and waited for the light to turn green and drove off.

Any worms worth its manure in this entire universe would know that if the car stalled suddenly it is not because of a flat battery ……and my dear lady if you happen to stumble upon my blog that is if you happen to plug your computer to the power source, forgive me , it is a story that must be told.

Rudolf 2 - The World Best Watchdog....hernia case 2

Though Rudolf made lots of unnecessary noise and a nuisance late at night…….Rudolf is the best watchdog anyone can have and no money can buy.

Rudolf welcomes everyone….friend or foe…..good or bad and all except my immediate family members like my mother, brothers and sisters. His welcoming gestures include jumping up and down……..turning round and round……tongue sticking out, flapping left and right spraying saliva……wagging its tail off……standing up on both hind legs supported by the chain on its neck….making all sorts of yelping, howling, growling and purging sounds except barking.

Hence, for this reasons Rudolf made the World Best Watchdog because I can be sure that he would never bite the neighborhood children when they dropped by to play nor will he be afraid of any ferocious character that he would dog tailed into hiding with a whimper but would instead welcome the character with silly sounds only he can made and this will alert the whole neighborhood. And believe me you, Rudolf is very long winded and he doesn’t stop……..for that I love Rudolf.

Rudolf almost never greets me and as a matter of fact he actually growl and glare at me when I got too close when he is eating…….snaring and barking until I went away…..and to think that I was the one who feeds him……..mind boggling…..really…really the stupidest ‘pig’………for that I hate Rudolf.

Rudolf is the personification of an old adage:

He who bites the hands that feed him is; the one who kiss the boots that kick him.

The Uglier Betty. ...Hernia

We are living in slow motion …..everything slows down ….having our lunch at 3 o’clock is a norm ….dinner at 9 ..Considered lucky……missing breakfast….we don’t even have such meal. My dogs lost weight having to wait for their meals that was before fixed at 6.30a.m. and 4p.m. now they will be lucky if they have theirs at all if not once a day at a time only known to the maid.

Ironing takes up half a day…..washing occupied the entire morning and God knows what she does for the rest of the day. Sweeping, mopping, general dusting will be at 11p.m. ….

Washing the toilets and bathrooms….we have not seen her doing but it was clean; general cleaning like cleaning the windows, wiping the fans which was fixed fortnightly….now three months hence I believed twice……cars were washed once a week…. depending on her moods.

We have in our hand a sleeping machine that happened to be a human switch with a mind of its own that does not respond to any instructions whatsoever and does her jobs in her own ways, at her own pace to her own liking as and when it pleases her. We gave up and left her on her own……after all she does her jobs decently well…….what is there to complain about.

Uglier Betty sleeps as and when she likes…..she can sleep standing…..sleeps when washing ……sleeps with a brush in her hand when scrubbing the floor….sleeps when feeding the dogs and she wakes up just as soon as she hears the slightest sounds of any body around. We insist that she sleeps by 10p.m…….she insists to sleep as and when she likes.

I am of the opinion that one really need to have ‘balls’ to use a person like that (pardon the expletive) and as a matter of facts one needs ‘the mother of all balls’……at the end of her tenure with us…2 years, I might have hernia if you know what I mean.

The benevolence of Buddha was called upon to help me through this turbulent period and…….touch wood…. I might not need that small incision.
