Smoker meter: WAR against CIGARETTES has been declared at 0600hrs.GMT
Target: Night assault begins at 2100hrs. GMT
Remarks: Victory shall be mind.
* Peter suggested that I commit myself in writing if I wanted to stop smoking. I went one-step further in that I shall post my journey in the blog with a daily update. Cold Turkey is out of question, I shall stop gradually.
