Target: Battle of the Urge - Day 6
Remarks: Mutually agreed ceasefire effective 18th.at 2300hrs.to 20th.2300hrs.
* Peter suggested that I commit myself in writing if I wanted to stop smoking. I went one-step further in that I shall post my journey in the blog with a daily update. Cold Turkey is out of question, I shall stop gradually.
