Target: Battle of the Urge - Day 14
Remarks: Another great day, made further inroad and the arrival of fresh supplies boost morale…….Victory shall be mine.
* Peter suggested that I commit myself in writing if I wanted to stop smoking. I went one-step further in that I shall post my journey in the blog with a daily update. Cold Turkey is out of question, I shall stop gradually.
