Target: Battle of the Urge - Day 7
Remarks: Having rejuvenated- MORALS all-time high….all quite at the battlefront. Waiting to draw first blood.
* Peter suggested that I commit myself in writing if I wanted to stop smoking. I went one-step further in that I shall post my journey in the blog with a daily update. Cold Turkey is out of question, I shall stop gradually.
