Target: Battle of the Urge - Day 20
Remarks: Peaceful demonstration at home front turns ugly…clashes with the riot police. Meanwhile, at the battle front, made some headways.
* Peter suggested that I commit myself in writing if I wanted to stop smoking. I went one-step further in that I shall post my journey in the blog with a daily update. Cold Turkey is out of question, I shall stop gradually.
