Remarks: City of Urge capture…Little or no resistance. Citizens of Urge liberated.
Great care to be exercised. Celebrations come later.
* Peter suggested that I commit myself in writing if I wanted to stop smoking. I went one-step further in that I shall post my journey in the blog with a daily update. Cold Turkey is out of question, I shall stop gradually.
