Smoker meter: 35 (sticks) +8 as at 11.00pm
Target: Battle of the Urge - Day 35 (20/9)
Remarks: Terrorism – car-bomb went off, collateral damage inflicted…situation tense but under control.
* Peter suggested that I commit myself in writing if I wanted to stop smoking. I went one-step further in that I shall post my journey in the blog with a daily update. Cold Turkey is out of question, I shall stop gradually.
